Taura Prosek: Creator of Lead Your Career

For nearly two decades, Taura Prosek has dedicated herself to helping others achieve career fulfillment, and creating programs that enable organizations to offer career development to their employees.

After investing thousands of hours learning from experts in resume creation, personal branding, LinkedIn, networking, interviewing, and more, Taura recognized the need for a single resource that people could use that would take all of these various factors into consideration.

An exhaustive search for a comprehensive, step-by-step career guide proved fruitless, so Taura began building what would eventually become the Lead Your Career Framework.

In 2016, upon joining Stewart Leadership, Taura realized that organizations were craving this exact type of career support as a tool to allow employees to explore various career pathways in an intentional and strategic way, and she created the Lead Your Career Framework, Workshop, and Participant Guide to meet this need.

As an executive coach and career strategist with Stewart Leadership, Taura has coached thousands of individuals, managers, and leaders in all areas of their careers. Many of the stories and experiences shared in Lead Your Career were collected through her work and help bring the system to life with real-world examples.

A sought-after speaker, Taura has presented on various career topics at global, regional, and local conferences and association events. Her motivation comes from wanting to share this system with the world so that everyone can experience what it feels like to stop running away from jobs and instead feel the joy that comes from running toward one.
